Established in 2007 as a custom industrial gearbox manufacturer, KAIBO scaled production and became a leading ISO certified gearbox provider. Delivering ISO-certified quality, it built a loyal customer base domestically and globally, solidifying reliability. This milestone laid groundwork for decades of innovation and global expansion in precision drive solutions.
In 2016, KAIBO partnered with Entplan to strategically enter the high-precision planetary gearbox market, leveraging cutting-edge German tech and integrating modular/high-torque density designs. This enhanced product lines and solidified its global leadership in right-angle precision planetary gearboxes. The technological leap drove smart manufacturing innovation and boosted global market competitiveness, meeting rising demand for energy-efficient, high-reliability drive systems.
In 2020, KAIBO relocated to a 27,000㎡ advanced facility in China, featuring Gleason gear hobbing machines and KAPP NILES high-precision gear grinders. The factory integrates an ISO-certified quality control center, strictly testing 300+ gearbox products and 1,000 planetary reducer models. Using Gleason’s precision hobbing and KAPP NILES’ grinding expertise, Kaibo reinforces as a China gearbox manufacturer, ensuring international quality standards and driving innovation in high-precision planetary gearboxes, industrial robot reducers. Aligning with global demand for ISO-certified, custom gearbox solutions with modular design and high-torque density, it solidifies trust in smart manufacturing.
